Just last week it was 100° + — today I fired up the ole 616 Ember-Glo™ Fireplace Insert — it sure was nice. We love our fireplace insert. It was one of the best investments we have made in our home of 30 years, my only regret is not doing it 30 years sooner.
We have had our fireplace insert since Thanksgiving 2023 and have had it running every day that it’s been under 68°. The first thing in the morning I turn it on to take the chill off of the house. The things we miss about our old fireplace is buying wood, splitting wood, snow and ice and bark on the floor… not really … it is so clean and with the push of a button we have fire and no hassle.
